I have lived and worked in the Northern Territory since 1987.  I completed my degree at the old Darwin Institute of Technology, graduating in 1991.  I have worked in various roles since then including operating my own aquarium fish collection business, working in private Barramundi, prawn and Mud Crab aquaculture, consulting to the Museum and Art Galleries of the NT as a freshwater fish specialist, working for the Darwin Aquaculture Centre on Mud Crab aquaculture, working for the Territory Wildlife Park in various roles from Aquarist to Curator of Life Sciences and now as a Senior RA with CDU's Aquatic Ecology group.  I consulted extensively with the National Aquarium in Baltimore MD, assisting in the development of their Australia, Wild Extremes exibit.  This was a joint project with the NTG, Territory Wildlife Park and that National Aquarium in Baltimore.

I have worked on many threatened species programs accross Government including cane toad aversion of Northern Quolls and the reintroduction of captive raised Largetoothed Sawfish.
