NCCARF Adaptation Research Network for Water Resources and Freshwater Biodiversity

Application submitted by Griffith University to the Dept of Climate Change. Purpose of project: - facilitate the development of collaborative and cross-disciplinary research around the four key climate change adaptation themes of Water allocation markets and trading; Water resources; Biodiversity and ecosystem health; and climate scenarios - build research capacity through support and mentoring of early career scientists and - synthesise relevant knowledge to give Australian water and biodiversity managers the best chance of coping with a difficult climate future.
